Nero d'Avola and small percentages of other local varietals selected from some of the oldest wedge grafted vines.

Vinification process:
A minimum of 14/18 months in the cellar: (90% barriques and new tonneaux, 10% second use)
Deep ruby red color with light purple nuances. The bouquet is typical of the Nero d'Avola produced in this area, elegant and wild, complex, with hints of carob, licorice and red berries. The taste is rich and balanced, harmonious and persisten.
